Octavia is pleased to offer Sour: In Session, an immersive pickling and fermentation class for the home cook, guiding participants through the world of microbial transformation. Led by Chef de Cuisine Jack Irving, this hands-on experience offers lessons in fundamental techniques and introduces advanced concepts, while making a batch of pickles to finish and enjoy at home. Artisan fermentation jars from local ceramicist Sarah Kersten are available for supplemental purchase.
