Following Chef Jeremy Fox’s “On Meat: Modern Recipes for the Home Kitchen” (Phaidon) release dinner at Octavia on October 7th, we are extending this menu for the month of October in support of the Independent Restaurant Coalition.

$25 from each ticket sold will be donated to the Independent Restaurant Coalition

The multi-course meal reflects Jeremy's 'snout-to-tail' approach and Octavia's signature style through the cookbook about which Nancy Silverton raves: “Jeremy Fox’s On Meat gives pure deliciousness."

Each ticket includes: 

  • Multi-course menu created by Chef Jeremy Fox in collaboration with Octavia

  • 1X PER TABLE Signed copy of On Meat: Modern Recipes for the Home Kitchen (retail $49.95. Extra copies available for purchase.)

TICKET PRICE $160 (+tax, service, and fees.) Wine pairings and beverages will be available for purchase onsite. $25 from each ticket sold will be donated to the Independent Restaurant Coalition


Independent Restaurant Coalition

Founded in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Independent Restaurant Coalition (IRC) emerged to advocate for the survival and long-term success of independent restaurants and bars across the United States. This coalition has played a vital role in securing economic relief and shaping policies to support the independent restaurant community, which forms the backbone of America’s food culture and economy.  The IRC is committed to building a brighter future for independent restaurateurs, their employees, and the communities they support. 

The IRC takes  a bottom-up approach to our advocacy. We listen and learn from members of the independent restaurant and bar community and mobilize our supporters to act. That includes exploring every possible avenue to give neighborhood restaurants and bars  the support they  need to keep their doors open and keep their teams thriving.  


Please contact the restaurant with 72+ hours notice to confirm accommodation of all dietary restrictions. Due to the meat-focused nature of these dinners, vegan and vegetarian modifications are politely declined.

Tickets are non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours of the reservation time.

A 7% surcharge will be added to your bill.
